Job description
Floor & Decor in the United States seeks a Store Manager in Training/Chief Executive Merchant in Training (CEMIT). CEMITs relocate to cities with store needs and typically advance to Store Manager/CEM within 12–15 weeks, owning the box, driving business success and leading a specialty big box store.
You will develop a high-performing team, execute sales strategies, manage operations, inventory, payroll, and ensure exceptional customer service, brand standards and profitability.
