Job description
Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Trainee to join our team and grow into a future store leader. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive operations, customer service, and merchandising across our rural communities.
The role requires 2+ years in retail management, strong leadership, and flexibility with hours, including extended weeks. Candidates must meet FFL requirements and be willing to relocate or commute to one of three area stores.
