Job description
Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Store Manager in Training/Chief Executive Merchant in Training (CEMIT) to lead big box flooring stores. This role involves relocation to locations with openings, building and guiding a high-performing team, and driving sales and profitability through strong operational execution.
As a CEMIT, you will prepare to assume Store Manager/ CEM responsibilities within 12–15 weeks, developing leadership skills and a store playbook for success.
