Game Day Brand Ambassador & Family Experience Representative
ni9 Sports | Part-Time Independent Contractor (1099) Pay: $17–$25/hour, based on experience Schedule: Saturday and Sunday availability required
nAbout the Role
ni9 Sports is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and kid-friendly Game Day Brand Ambassador & Family Experience Representative to help create an amazing experience for our players and families.
nThis is not a sit-behind-a-desk customer service position. We are looking for someone who loves being around people, can bring energy to a sports venue, enjoys interacting with children and parents, and is comfortable being one of the faces of i9 Sports on game day.
nYou may be welcoming families, helping answer questions, creating excitement at the fields or courts, assisting with special events, taking photos and videos, engaging with players, representing i9 Sports in the community, or even putting on our mascot costume and bringing the character to life!

nWhat You'll Do
nBe a positive, energetic spokesperson for i9 Sports during weekend programs and special events
nWelcome parents and players as they arrive and help create a fun, organized game-day atmosphere
nProvide friendly, professional customer service to families
nAnswer basic questions and help direct parents to the appropriate staff member when needed
nEngage with children and families throughout the day
nHelp promote i9 Sports programs, upcoming seasons, camps, clinics, and special events
nAssist with community outreach and promotional events
nTake appropriate photos and short videos of game-day activities for marketing and social media
nHelp create memorable experiences for players, including celebrations, contests, giveaways, and special activities
nWear and perform in an i9 Sports mascot costume as needed
nHelp maintain a positive and professional i9 Sports presence at every assigned venue
nCommunicate parent feedback, concerns, and opportunities to management
nAssist the operations team with light game-day support when needed

nRequirements
nSaturday and Sunday availability is required
nMust be able to work outdoors for extended periods
nMust be comfortable working in Texas weather conditions, including heat
nMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods
nMust be comfortable working around large groups of children and families
nMust have reliable transportation to assigned locations
nMust have reliable communication and respond promptly to scheduling needs
nMust maintain a professional and family-friendly appearance and attitude
nMust be willing to complete any required background screening before working around children
nPrior experience in customer service, hospitality, public relations, promotions, youth sports, childcare, entertainment, events, or marketing is preferred
nCompensation
n$17–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
nThis is a 1099 independent contractor position with primarily weekend work. Additional opportunities may occasionally be available for community events, promotional appearances, tournaments, clinics, and other i9 Sports activities.
