The company was formed in 2021 and presents an affordable, family-friendly sports and entertainment portfolio that brings a commitment to community engagement, customer service, innovation, and the professional growth and development of its family of athletes and employees.Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox, the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Frederick Keys, the MLB Draft League Aberdeen IronBirds, and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds. Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC.Position Type: SeasonalJob ResponsibilitiesCandidate would be responsible for operating various Daktronics equipment and software may include but not limited to:Minimum 1-2 years experience using Daktronics DakStats softwarePitch ClockScoreboardCandidate's availability would encompass but not limited to:Minimum 25 games of the IronBirds' 2026 seasonOutside stadium eventsCandidate is able to maintain a positive, focused workflow in a high-pace, energetic environment.
