Gastroenterologist - $925K Base | Chicago Western Suburbs
Naperville, Illinois | $75K Sign-On Package | Full-Time, Permanent
HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Gastroenterologist for an established hospital-employed program in Naperville, Illinois, within the western Chicago metropolitan area.
The position is designed for a physician seeking a predominantly procedural and outpatient practice with competitive guaranteed compensation, additional productivity incentives, and access to an established regional referral network.

Practice Structure
A potential weekly model may include: Two outpatient clinic days
Two and a half procedure days
Dedicated time for inpatient consultation, follow-up, or administrative responsibilities
Shared call coverage
The final schedule can be adjusted according to service needs, procedural demand, and the physician's clinical interests.
Primary Responsibilities Provide comprehensive gastroenterology evaluations
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
Manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders
Treat inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, and motility-related conditions
Provide scheduled inpatient consultations
Coordinate care with hospitalists, surgeons, oncologists, and primary care clinicians
Participate in clinical quality and patient-safety initiatives
Complete medical records and procedural documentation promptly
Candidate Requirements MD or DO degree
Completed Internal Medicine residency
Completed or anticipated completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
Strong communication, procedural, and collaborative skills
Experienced physicians and graduating fellows encouraged to apply
Candidates finishing fellowship in 2027 or 2028 will be considered
ERCP or EUS experience may be advantageous but is not mandatory
