About the Position
Marin Gastroenterology is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing physician team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered gastroenterology in a collaborative, physician-led environment serving Marin and Sonoma Counties.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive gastrointestinal care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, including consultations, endoscopic procedures, and longitudinal patient management. Provide comprehensivegastroenterology care within the full scope of practice.
Perform inpatientconsultations at MarinHealth Medical Center and Novato Community Hospital.
Evaluate, diagnose, andmanage patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
Perform endoscopic and otherGI procedures at affiliated hospitals and ambulatory surgery center.
Participate in sharedcross-coverage for physician colleagues as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely,and compliant documentation within the electronic health record.
Collaborate with physicians,advanced practice providers, nurses, and staff to ensure exceptionalpatient outcomes.
Participate in qualityimprovement and practice development initiatives
Employment Status & Schedule
This is a full-time W-2 employed physician position offering a competitive salary, productivity-based wRVU incentives, comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, CME support, and eligibility for partnership consideration after one year of employment.
Full-time salaried position
Four (4) clinical days perweek
One (1) dedicatedadministrative day per week

Requirements
MD or DO degree from anaccredited institution
Board Certified or BoardEligible in Gastroenterology (ABIM)
Active California medicallicense or ability to obtain
Current DEA registration
Eligibility for medical staffmembership and privileges at MarinHealth Medical Center and NovatoCommunity Hospital
Excellent clinical,communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providingexceptional patient-centered care
Maintain good standing withall credentialing and licensing organizations
Adhere to MarinGastroenterology policies, procedures, and professional standards
Ensure compliance with HIPAAand all applicable federal and state regulations
Maintain all requiredcertifications, licenses, hospital privileges, and credentials
Compensation & Benefits
Marin Gastroenterology offersa comprehensive benefits package, including:
SalaryRange: $450,000 - $650,000 (Base Salary of $450,000annually + Productivity Bonuses)
Compensation will be based onexperience, training, clinical expertise, and overall qualifications.
In addition to a competitivebase salary, physicians are eligible for productivity-based incentivecompensation tied to work Relative Value Units (wRVUs). The productivitybonus program rewards clinical productivity and practice growth, allowingphysicians to increase total annual compensation based on established wRVUthresholds and performance benchmarks.
Total compensation isdesigned to be highly competitive within the gastroenterology market andreflects both clinical productivity and contributions to the practice.

Partnership Opportunity
Marin Gastroenterology is committed to physician leadership and long-term practice growth. Physicians are eligible for partnership consideration after one (1) year of successful employment, subject to mutual agreement and practice governance requirements.
