Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking a BC/BE OB Hospitalist/Laborist who is passionate about high-quality care to join our collaborative team in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Position Highlights:
24-hour hospital-based shifts with flexible scheduling - no call, no clinic, no outpatient responsibilities
Inpatient obstetrics, labor & delivery and emergent gynecologic care
Collaborative team of OB/GYN physicians, APPs, anesthesia, pediatrics, and nursing
Practice within an independent health system with a new physician-led governance model
Level 1a nursery (building to 1b) with approximately 700 annual deliveries
Rare employer-paid pension plan (fully vested after five years)-a benefit offered by only a small percentage of healthcare organizations
Total rewards package valued at nearly $5,200 per shift
Convenient location less than one hour from Boston and Providence with easy access to the New England coastline
