Gastroenterologist Opportunity
Build a High-Volume GI Practice | Advanced Endoscopy Available
$150,000 Starting Bonus
Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center (MRMC) - Mechanicsville, VA
MRMC is expanding GI services and recruiting 4 Gastroenterologists, including 1 Advanced GI proceduralist, to support a growing high volume GI program.
This is a true growth opportunity with immediate volume, strong ED and referral streams, and the ability to build (and take over) an established patient panel.

Practice Details:
Call: 7 days/month (ED call, cross-coverage, RX/refills, general GI coverage)
Practice model: Procedural-focused with efficient hospital support
Procedures:
General GI
EGD
Colonoscopy
Advanced GI (preferred, not required)
Diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP
Biliary and pancreatic stent placement
Stricture management and complex stone removal
Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
Candidate Profile:
Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterologist
Advanced endoscopy training preferred
Interest in service line growth and long-term program development
Benefits & Compensation:
Full Comprehensive Benefit Package to include:
Competitive compensation package, including a $150,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance.
Productivity-based compensation model with an initial income guarantee for up to two years while you establish your practice. Expected total cash compensation ranges from approximately $700,000 to $900,000+ annually based on productivity, with substantial upside potential for highly productive physicians.
