Gastroenterologist - Hepatology or IBD Focus
MNGI Digestive Health | Twin Cities, Minnesota
Full-Time | 2-Year Shareholder Track | Starting Salary $400,000-$550,000
MNGI Digestive Health, one of the nation's largest independent physician-owned gastroenterology practices, is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Gastroenterologist with a focus in Hepatology or Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) .
Join a collaborative, physician-led organization where you can develop a subspecialty-focused practice while working alongside nationally respected gastroenterologists and advanced practice providers. This opportunity includes a 2-year path to shareholder partnership and the ability to dedicate 50-70% of your practice to your specialty interest.
Position Highlights

Opportunity to build a Hepatology or IBD-focused practice
Collaborative multidisciplinary care model

In-house pathology, research, and integrated support services
Practice locations throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area
Schedule & Call
Monday-Friday schedule
Balanced mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, endoscopy, and virtual care
Weekend call approximately 1:10
Weekday call approximately 1:20
**Ambulatory GI Physician option available for candidates seeking a primarily outpatient role
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Hepatology or IBD training/interest preferred
Eligible for Minnesota and Wisconsin medical licensure
DEA certification
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary range: $400,000-$550,000
