Bayview Physicians Group, one of Virginia's largest independent, multi-specialty, physician-led group serving the Hampton Roads region. We're seeking high-quality and compassionate Gastroenterologist to join our team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to establish a busy, high-demand gastroenterology practice within a large, well-established medical center. The position comes with an established patient panel, strong referral network from Bayview's extensive primary care and specialty network, and comprehensive clinical, administrative, and operational support - allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
J1 visa support is available.

Hiring Range: $500,000-$650,000 Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties

Responsibilities:
Split time between office and Ambulatory Surgery Center (Endoscopy Suite)
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders including GERD, IBD, IBS, live disease, colorectal condition, and more
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including: Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
Colonoscopy
Polypectomy
Biopsy
Interpret results of endoscopic, laboratory, and imaging studies
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with GI and live conditions
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and collaborative support for an APP
