\ N New Fellowship Graduates: Starting at $500,000
\ N Experienced Gastroenterologists: $625,000–$700,000 Base Salary
\ N Productivity Incentives (Current physicians are earning approximately $1.2M–$1.8M annually with RVU production)
\ N Join an Established, High-Volume Gastroenterology Practice\ NA respected regional healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a thriving, well-established Gastroenterology practice serving Southwest Louisiana.

\ N Advanced endoscopy capabilities

\ N Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of gastrointestinal disorders.
\ N Perform outpatient and inpatient Gastroenterology consultations.
\ N Perform upper and lowerendoscopic procedures.
\ N Perform advanced GI procedures based on training and experience.
\ N Collaborate closely with primary care physicians, surgeons, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
\ N Participate in a shared1:4 call rotation .
\ N Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
\ N Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development.
\ N QualificationsRequired\ N Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
\ N Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
\ N Eligible for unrestricted Louisiana medical licensure
\ N DEA registration or ability to obtain
\ N Excellent clinical, communication, and collaborative practice skills
\ N Preferred ERCP experience or fellowship training
\ N Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) experience
\ N Interest in advanced therapeutic endoscopy
\ N Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
