Sentara Medical Group, a division of Sentara Health is seeking a BC/BE GI Hospitalist to join our team at Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, Virginia.
Sentara Careplex Hospital is a 224-bed, full-service, technologically advanced acute care hospital offering high-quality, patient-centered care to Hampton and surrounding communities. Sentara Careplex has one of the busiest emergency departments in the state.

Opportunity Highlights:
Employed position with Sentara Medical Group.
7 on/7 off schedule – 182 shifts/year.
Shift rate - $3,352.00
Quality Performance Incentive - $24,500

We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $579,508.80 - $662,542.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full‑time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
