Job description
CVPH Gastroenterology team in Plattsburgh, NY seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high‑quality adult GI care. The role blends outpatient clinic care with inpatient consults, working closely with gastroenterologists and APP colleagues to manage GI patients.
The schedule includes 36 hours of patient‑facing time, 4 hours non‑patient facing, five 8‑hour days per week, and a rotating inpatient week every third week integrated into the team’s model.
