Job description
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking an RN Navigator to guide patients and families through the care continuum. The role emphasizes education, advocacy, and coordinating services across hospital, outpatient, and home settings.
The RN Navigator will work with physicians, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate access to resources, and support clinical research initiatives within KPGA.
