AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our established outpatient Gastroenterology practice in Palm Coast, Florida.
This opportunity offers a high degree of clinical autonomy with onsite physician support and a predictable Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

- Collaborative team of physicians, APPs, and dedicated clinical and administrative staff

- Growing specialty aligned with the AdventHealth Digestive Health Institute
- APP experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
About the Role
Provide outpatient Gastroenterology care, including:
Chronic disease management
Patient follow-up
Coordination of care related to GI procedures
Supporting timely access and continuity of care
