Job description
CGH Medical Center seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide professional nursing care in our physician office setting. Working under the direction of the physician or RN, you will collect data, document in the EMR, and contribute to patient wellness and quality care.
The role requires an Illinois LPN license, BLS within 30 days, and prior medical office experience is preferred. You will assist with charting, coding, patient education, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
