Gastroenterology opening in Aurora, ILLocated in Aurora, IL - Chicago 40m; Naperville 10m; Joliet 25mFull-time; Employed (No locums or part-time options)Seeking BCExperience Required Overview: Join a growing Gastroenterology practice in Chicago's western suburbs Primarily bread-and-butter Gastroenterology practice Advanced GI procedures optional and supported Approximately 8 hours of hospital rounding per week Approximately 12 hours of endoscopy block time per week Approximately 12 hours of clinic time per week Clinic volume of approximately 20 patients per session Perform approximately 6-7 procedures per day Shared 1:3 call schedule Collaborative and team-oriented practice environment Experienced support staff and efficient clinical workflows Diverse and growing patient population Epic EMR Comp/Benefits: Base salary of $700,000-$850,000+ with a three-year guarantee Productivity incentives and RVU-based bonuses Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO Annual CME allowance Paid malpractice coverage with tail Group/Facility Info: Hospital-employed position Growing Gastroenterology service line Strong referral network Experienced clinical and administrative support Epic EMR Collaborative physician culture Access to advanced GI support and resources Established regional medical center serving the western Chicago suburbs About the Area:Aurora is the second-largest city in Illinois and offers an excellent balance of suburban living and access to Chicago.
