Offering 875K base salary, option to buy into the Surgery Center
Voted Top 1% Hospital
Joining 3 MDs and 3 APP practice
Looking at General/ bread and butter GI
Call 1:6 has a GI HOSP program in place
Offering 150-200K for student loans
50K sign-on bonus , full benefits with relocation, and malpractice with tail
