Gastroenterology near Nashville, Tennessee $650K Guaranteed 3 Procedure Days Per Week An established Gastroenterology program just outside Nashville is adding a Gastroenterologist to a collegial five-physician team with immediate procedural volume, experienced APP support, and expanding endoscopy capacity. The practice offers a streamlined single-hospital model, strong guaranteed compensation, and a structure designed to support productivity and long-term work-life balance.

Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Comfortable practicing within a collaborative hospital-based GI team
