Gastroenterology in Central Illinois - Earn $900K plus annually A respected hospital-employed gastroenterology group in Central Illinois is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join an established, supportive practice. The opportunity combines high earning potential, advanced procedural capabilities, dedicated APP support, and the stability of a single-hospital system, all within an affordable Midwestern community.

High-Income Potential: $690K guaranteed base plus RVU incentives, giving you an earning potential of over $900K
Subspecialty Procedures: Advanced GI procedures available with on-campus endoscopy OR suites
Supportive Practice Model: Dedicated APP support, supervision opportunities, and excess call compensation
Hospital-Employed Stability: Single hospital coverage with outpatient practice located on campus
Who You Are:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Eligible for H1B or J1 sponsorship
Strong procedural skills with an interest in advanced GI preferred
Team-oriented physician seeking both clinical and academic fulfillment
Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed Base Salary: $690,000 + RVU productivity incentives
Sign-On Bonus: $150,000
Paid Relocation: $10,000
Malpractice Coverage: Includes paid tail coverage
Additional Benefits: Health, retirement, CME, PTO, and APP supervision pay
