Qualifications: Licensed in TX; Clean, Active DEA (Need to be able to change address)
Certification: ACLS

Start Date: Oct 1, 2022 (Cred 30-days w/ clean file)
End Date: Jan 2, 2023
Minimum Length Accepted: 3 mths ongoing
Schedule: October 1,2, 4-9, 11-13, 18-23, 25-30

Inpatient/Outpatient Inpatient/Outpatient
Rounding: Avg patients: 5
Skills Preferred: Upper GI endoscopy
ERCP Required

Average call # per 24Hr- Phone Consults, patients seen, admissions
Call back in a 24 hr shift: 2-4
Support Staff: RN†s only, provider will not need to supervise
