1:4 call. RVU based production model. $550,000 first year income guarantee. Allscripts / Epic EMR. 4 weeks of PTO. Advanced or General GI available (your choice). Relocation Assistance and SIgn On bonus negotiable. 1 week of CME and $5000. 401k retirement AND profit sharing, health/dental insurance included. malpractice insurance provided by practice. Reason for opening is growth. Potential ownership into the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Realistic long term earnings over $1 million per year.
