Job description
A very reputable hospital in Morgantown, WV is seeking an advanced GI specialist for flexible locum coverage starting in October. This offers great pay, flexible weeks, credentialing assistance and we will cover travel and malpractice insurance.

Start Date: 10/1/26
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: Clinic plus call coverage
Schedule:
Work Details: • Support staff: • Amount of coverage needed per month: 2-3 weeks per month - will consider multiple providers • Patients per day: Endo center procedures range from 12-20 per day (all depends on timeliness of the physician)
Clinic volume is dependent on patient type. Our current templates are 40m New and 20m Established. The usual minimum is 10-12 patients per day. • Patient population/age: • Department description: Level IV trauma center • EMR: Cerner • Hospital bed size: 189
Special procedures: All General and Advanced GI procedures needed. Endo is a MUST. Also need ERCP & EUS • Skills required:
Practice Setting: • Hospital
Requirements: • Board Certification: required • State license required: required - will look at IMLC candidates • DEA: required • Certifications preferred: • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS •
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
