Job description
Saint Joseph Hospital in Nashua, New Hampshire, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist with ERCP experience to join our growing, hospital-employed gastroenterology team. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a busy practice while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment supported by experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated clinical staff.
State-of-the-Art Practice
Practice in a modern endoscopy suite with access to advanced technology and a full range of inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology services. You'll enjoy the support and resources needed to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care.
Position Highlights
Full-time, hospital-employed position
ERCP experience required
Provide inpatient gastroenterology consultations and urgent endoscopic procedures
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower endoscopy
Evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal disorders, including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, and complex digestive disorders
Conduct outpatient consultations and follow-up visits, providing continuity of care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental best practices
Optional involvement in resident education, curriculum development, and faculty activities through the Internal Medicine Residency Program
Schedule
Half-day in Endoscopy
Half-day inpatient rounding and add-on procedures
Daily schedule designed around patient needs
Shared call rotation of 1:5 with an established regional gastroenterology call group
