Gastroenterology Opportunity in Wenatchee, Washington
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist Physician to join an established practice in Wenatchee, Washington. The organizational team consists of eight GI physicians and six GI APP's. A four-day compressed schedule may be considered. Call is 1:11 or less, single-hospital coverage, no admissions, and a strong hospitalist program. The practice is 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits. The multispecialty clinic has more than 100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians. The EMR system is EPIC, and J-1 candidates are considered.
Compensation and benefits include a first-year salary range of $573,663 – $620,176 plus RVU bonus potential, a 1-year physician partnership track for US candidates, physician leaders and decision makers at all levels of the organization, internal student loan repayment, a signing bonus, 6 weeks PTO, matching 401k, life insurance, long term disability, relocation expenses covered including packing up to $20k, CME allowance, a generous healthcare stipend, Navigate Student loan Counseling for the life of your loan repayment, and a Vital Work Life Employee Assistance Program.
