Job description
Most gastroenterology job searches funnel you toward the same handful of options: large health systems, production-driven models, and settings where you're just one cog among many.
This isn't that.
A well-established, physician-led gastroenterology group is adding a Gastroenterologist to a team that's built its name on clinical quality rather than patient throughput. The priority here is doing the work right and building a career that's still standing years from now.
How the Practice Is Built
This is a full-scope gastroenterology practice with a solid outpatient foundation. Referrals are consistent, workflows run efficiently, and the entire environment is structured to let physicians practice the way they were actually trained to. Physician input isn't a courtesy here, it's baked into how the practice runs and evolves.
What Sets This Opportunity Apart
You call the shots. Clinical autonomy isn't a phrase used loosely in interviews, it's genuinely how things work. You can shape your scope, make care decisions without administrative interference stacked on top, and practice in a way that fits your values.
A procedural setup that's actually modern. Endoscopy and procedures take place in a high-quality ambulatory surgery center designed for efficiency and physician satisfaction. Physicians looking for deeper involvement can pursue ASC participation and long-term ownership.
A path shaped to where you're at. Early in your career and want mentorship? That's here. Experienced and interested in leadership or a subspecialty focus? Equally supported. Call and schedule arrangements can be adjusted to fit.
Support that doesn't get in the way. You'll have a dedicated clinical and administrative team behind you, with streamlined systems that keep your attention on patients rather than everything surrounding them.
