Gastroenterology Opportunity: Oswego, NY Benefits Salary range of $750K to $800K plus wRVU model
$100K sign-on bonus
Relocation reimbursement up to $10K with receipts
Student loan assistance of $30K over the length of the contract, if applicable
38 days of PTO and CME time, including 6 legal holidays
Health, dental, vision, 403B, life and disability
$5,500 annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement
Malpractice paid by Oswego Health
Qualifications Board certified or board eligible, with intent to sit for boards
ERCP required
Visa sponsorship candidates accepted
Candidates available in 2026 or 2027
Position Details 3-year employment agreement
Hospital employed, at the Seneca Hill Health Center campus in Oswego, about 10 minutes from Oswego Hospital
Monday to Friday, 8:00a to 4:30p; 50% office and 50% OR
Bread and butter GI: screenings, GI bleeds, polyp recalls
No EUS capability today, but open to discussion
About 20 patients per day in clinic and about 15 scopes per day in the OR, plus inpatient consults as needed
7 days of ED call per month in the base contract: 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days (weekend runs 5p Friday to 7a Monday)
Joins 1 full-time general gastroenterologist and 1 full-time gastroenterologist who performs ERCP
Replaces the advanced procedure physician, who is retiring; 2 part-time physicians are also planning to retire
2 full-time APPs, adding a third
