Opening for Gastroenterologist in PhiladelphiaLooking for a quick hire Full TimePermanent PositionPrefer candidates with a PA licenseSeeking BC/BE Gastroenterology physician to join team in PhiladelphiaOverview:This would be a solo practiceProvider will help cover 3 locations, all in PAIn-patient consults and ER coverageHigh-volume procedures preferred (EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP)At least 1 to 2 days a week ClinicHospital call every other weekAverage Daily census for the hospital has been at 49 this yearWe have not had a GI Service line for at least 2 years, we are trying to build up the practiceCompensation and Benefits:Flexible employment model (1099, W2) or remain an affiliated, independent physician (collection guarantee)Competitive compensationProduction bonusHealth Insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost for providerRetirement: 401kCME AllowanceRelocation reimbursementSign-on bonusMalpractice insurance
