JOB DESCRIPTION:Medical center in Pennsylvania is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join the team. Prefer ERCP-trained but will consider all physicians. Outpatient and inpatient services Call coverage 1:3 Practice is located on hospital campus New state-of-the-art surgical suite HOSPITAL:This independent acute care community hospital is the sole community provider in the area and nearly every specialty of medicine and surgery is represented by the active medical staff. Services include advanced imaging with PET/CT, MRI, 64-slice CT, nuclear medicine, and cardiac catheterization lab doing PCI without open heart backup. Other specialty services include a Wound Care Center, Women's Diagnostic Imaging Center, inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit, inpatient acute rehabilitation unit, outpatient Human Motion Institute, comprehensive sleep disorders lab, advanced neurodiagnostics lab, community dialysis center, weight management and bariatric surgery program, and an intensivist program.
