Gastroenterologist Opportunity in Portsmouth, New Hampshire Location: Portsmouth, NH (50 minutes from Boston, MA, and Portland, ME) Position Details: Employment Type: Full-Time Position Type: Permanent Practice Type: Gastroenterology & Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship Training preferred: ERCP and EUS J-1 visa candidates welcome Job Description: The largest private GI practice in New Hampshire, is seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterologist with specialized training in Advanced Endoscopy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team in Portsmouth, a thriving seacoast region with access to top-tier hospitals and Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs). Practice Highlights: Largest private GI practice in New Hampshire Team of 10 Physicians, 4 Physician Assistants, and 3 Nurse Practitioners Two well-appointed offices in the seacoast region Affiliated with four reputable hospitals and two state-of-the-art ASCs Established referral network providing a diverse patient base Responsibilities: Perform advanced endoscopic procedures, including ERCPs and EUSs Provide high-quality gastrointestinal care in both hospital and outpatient settings Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Contribute to a dynamic and patient-centered practice Qualifications: MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Fellowship-trained in Advanced Endoscopy (ERCP and EUS required) Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire Passion for establishing a long-term career in a private practice setting Compensation & Benefits: Competitive guaranteed salary with bonus potential Two-year partnership track with ASC ownership opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Malpractice insurance coverage Relocation assistance, if applicable About the Area: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, offers a vibrant coastal lifestyle with a mix of historic charm and modern amenities.
