Job description
An exciting locum tenens Gastroenterology travel opportunity is now available in Potsdam, New York for physicians seeking a dynamic clinical environment with strong professional support. This assignment allows a skilled gastroenterologist to provide essential inpatient and procedural coverage within a hospital-based GI program.

Job Responsibilities
Provide gastroenterology inpatient coverage and consultation
Manage GI-related admissions and urgent care evaluations
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures
Evaluate and treat patients with gastrointestinal disorders
Collaborate with hospital teams to coordinate patient care
Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and charting
Ensure high standards of clinical quality and patient safety
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist
Active New York Medical License
DEA License (if applicable)
Experience with hospital-based gastroenterology coverage
Epic EMR experience preferred
Ability to manage both inpatient consults and procedural care
