Position HighlightsClinical Autonomy : Full control over clinical decisions, tailoring patient care to your expertise without bureaucratic constraints.
Schedule Flexibility : Craft a schedule to balance clinic, procedures, and personal time, prioritizing your lifestyle.
Ownership Track : Become a shareholder in 12 months, gaining equity in two new GI-specific endoscopy centers and high-value assets.
Compensation : Base salary, plus high-yield collections-based bonuses and direct call pay.
Call Rotation : 1:10, with flexible scheduling.
Call Compensation : Paid directly to the provider for hospital call, boosting income.
