$625K-$650K $100,000 Sign-On Bonus Procedural Focus

Practice Details
Solo GI practice with dedicated AP support in the clinic and advanced endoscopy technology on-site
Flexible 4 to 5-day workweek with 3 procedural days focused on scopes, with room to grow volume
Call runs approximately 8 days per month with characteristically low overnight demand
Dual licensure opportunity: eligible to practice in both California and Nevada
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $625,000 to $650,000 with productivity incentives tied to volume and quality metrics
$100,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
6 weeks PTO plus separate sick leave, malpractice with tail, and full medical, dental, and vision
