Description: Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified, fellowship-trained General Gastroenterologist to join an established Gastroenterology Division in southeastern Massachusetts, approximately 20 minutes from Providence, Rhode Island.
The physician will join Board-Certified Gastroenterologists and Nurse Practitioners serving a large established patient population with a strong Primary Care referral network.
The practice provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of intestinal, hepatic, pancreatic, and biliary disease. A busy outpatient endoscopy suite provides dedicated nursing, anesthesia, and pathology support. Higher-risk and complex procedures are performed at a nearby hospital outpatient procedural suite.
The Gastroenterologist will provide office-based care and hospital consultations. Advanced GI Endoscopy training is desirable but not required.
