Full-time; Tallahassee, FL
We are seeking an an Inpatient Gastroenterologist to join a procedure-forward GI Hospitalist program with uncapped RVU compensation, strong APP support, advanced endoscopy volume, and the flexibility to work as employed or 1099.
The Perks Lucrative Earning Potential : Highly competitive base salary plus uncapped RVU productivity full-productivity compensation realistically in $650k+ range for high-volume ERCP and EUS performers.
Your Structure, Your Choice : Employed or 1099 whichever model works for your career and financial goals.
Strong APP Support : Two experienced GI Nurse Practitioners handle the majority of rounding and consults, so you can focus on what you trained for.
Generous Schedule : 7 days on, 7 days off. Hospital presence 7a to 5p.
