Job description
The Toledo Clinic's Gastroenterology Department in Toledo, OH is seeking a full-time Procedure Scheduler/Scribe. The role involves scheduling procedures and scribing for physicians, with hours Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
Responsibilities include documenting patient histories and physician encounters, transcribing orders, coordinating labs, and handling front-office duties. Prior scheduling experience in a medical setting is preferred, along with a medical terminology course.
