Gate AttendantUp North Plastics, Inc. a leading plastics manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Gate Attendant at its Cottage Grove, MN location on our 12 hour day shift. A successful candidate requires the ability to operate a computer and communicate well with others.***Starting Pay: $17.00 ***QualificationsIndividual should possess excellent communication skills.Individual should possess strong computer skillsMust have a valid driver's licenseMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record checkResponsibilitiesShipment scaling and releasing via computer entry.Register all visitors properly and ensure they are sent to proper departments.Patrol grounds on foot as well as in a company vehicle as needed.Contact police or fire departments in event of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized personsProvide coverage for other gate attendants as needed.Complete daily report.Communicate with your relief to ensure smooth shift transition.Up- North Plastics offers competitive wages plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental, paid vacations/holidays, ESST, 401K and more.
