You'll make sure our cleanliness is top-notch! This means everything from the auditoriums, to the restrooms, to the lobby. Most of all, you'll be working with a team to create an atmosphere that's pure magic for both our guests and your fellow employees.Your responsibilities include:Leading and developing our awesome team.Keeping things clean and safe for everyone.Ensuring our building and public areas sparkle.And other duties as assigned!What you'll need to bring to the show:Exceptional cleaning skills.Excellent communication & organization skills.The ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.A passion for teaching and working with your team.The ability to handle high levels of stress (it's a fast-paced environment!).Physical stamina (think walking, standing, and twisting).Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (we're open 365 days a year, and the show goes on!).The pay: Team leads start at $14/hour.Cleaning hours: Our theatre hours typically run from 9 am to 11 pm, with custodial shifts typically starting between 5 am and 6 am for early mornings or between 10 pm and 12 am for overnights.Equal opportunity employer.
