Schedule: M-F, no weekends, no call
Pay Range: $54.90 - $82.35
Education / Experience
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, Master's degree preferred
Licensure / Certification
Current applicable state Medical Board Medical License
Certified by NCCPA
Essential Functions
Using medical decision‑making skills to determine appropriate patient care plans.
Collaborates with medical team when needed for effective team‑based care.
Orders and interprets laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures; explains necessity, preparation, and anticipated effects of scheduled procedures to the patient.
Procedural skills per department or practice guidelines.
Opportunity to participate in basic science and clinical research projects.
Potential for and encouraged to precept students and/or medical learners.
Upholds AHWFB missions, values, and cultural commitment.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Physical Requirements

Compensation
Base compensation within the listed pay range based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
Premium pay such as shift pay, on‑call, and more based on the teammate’s job.
Incentive pay for select positions.
