Companion Caregiver
nSupporting Clients Safely and Comfortably at Home
nGuardian Angel Senior Services is seeking mature, responsible Homemakers to provide support services that help disabled or dependent individuals remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
nnnFollow safety standards and agency policies
n
nnCommunicate promptly with the agency about concerns
n
nnComplete documentation accurately and on time
n
nnMaintain strict client confidentiality
n
nnReport any concerns of abuse or neglect
n
nnMaintain a professional, therapeutic relationship with clients
n
nWear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
n Core Tasks
nHousehold Services:
nnnPlan, prepare, and serve meals
n
nnShop for food and household supplies
n
nnMake beds, clean, dust, mop, and vacuum
n
nnClean bathrooms and kitchens
n
nnWash dishes
n
nnLaunder, sew, and iron
n
n nObservation & Reporting:
nnnReport changes in client's physical, mental, or behavioral condition
n
nnReport changes in family situation or emergencies
n
nnCommunicate requests for service plan or schedule changes
n
