This is a hybrid role based across locations - Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville, Houston, New Jersey, Chicago.

Your role
Design and build production-grade conversational and Agentic AI applications.
Develop hands-on using Python, APIs, JSON and modern software engineering practices.
Build and troubleshoot CES / GECX integrations and modernization scenarios.
Build agents using Gemini, Vertex AI, Google ADK and applicable agent frameworks.
Implement tool/function calling, workflows, state/context management and agent orchestration.
Develop RAG and enterprise-grounding solutions over structured and unstructured data.
Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, databases, CRM, contact-center platforms and backend systems.
Develop full-stack components required to complete the customer solution.
Implement secure authentication, IAM, secrets management and service-to-service communication.
Deploy applications using appropriate GCP services
Implement agent evaluation, tracing, observability, guardrails and regression testing.
Diagnose production issues across agent logic, prompts, retrieval, tools, APIs, infrastructure and distributed services.
Rapidly prototype technical solutions and evolve validated prototypes toward production readiness.
Work directly with customer engineering teams to reproduce issues, debug implementations and resolve technical blockers.
Your skills and experience
Senior candidate with 6 plus years of relevant experience
Strong hands-on Python/software engineering
Good experience in Gemini / Generative AI application development, Vertex AI, Agentic AI architectures
Solid exposure in REST APIs / JSON
Experience in RAG / embeddings / enterprise grounding
Good in GCP application deployment, IAM / security fundamentals, Enterprise integration
Experience working with Google ADK, CES / GECX experience, Contact-center / CCaaS integration, Multi-agent architectures, MCP A2AAgent evaluation and observability
Experience in Streaming / real-time APIs, Production conversational AI, Telephony integrations
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,730- $150,800.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
