Job description
Accenture seeks an experienced Change Leader to help clients reinvent how work happens in an AI-enabled, data-informed world. You will guide large-scale transformations, design enterprise change programs, and partner with clients to embed GenAI responsibly while maintaining human accountability.
The role requires 2+ years in Organization Change Management, consulting experience, and a background in technology-enabled transformations. Travel may be required.
