Job description
Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management professional to drive enterprise change programs in an AI-enabled, data-informed world. You will design and lead initiatives that transform how work is done, partnering with clients to implement GenAI-enabled change at scale.
The role requires 2+ years of OCM experience, 1+ year as a consulting practitioner, and experience with technology-driven transformations in the Chemical & Natural Resources sector.
