Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management professional for California. You will lead large-scale change programs, harness GenAI insights, and partner with clients to design and scale human-centered change across tech-enabled transformations.
Responsibilities include defining change strategies, guiding adoption, and ensuring governance and accountability while delivering measurable business outcomes. Travel to client sites as needed is expected.
