Job description
XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to advance GenAI solutions in a hybrid Boston, MA environment. You will build, deploy, and scale GenAI chatbots and AI assistants to streamline access to company information and business tasks.
Responsibilities include developing RAG-enabled connections to enterprise data, creating Agentic AI workflows, and improving AI performance through training, evaluation, and governance. Collaboration with Engineering and Cybersecurity is essential.
