Responsibilities
Lead our Suffolk branch in delivering high-quality protection plans to families and businesses in the area.
Recruit, mentor, and foster the development of a small, high-performing sales team.
Engage with the local Suffolk community through active participation in regional events and chambers.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint within the Atlantic District.
Maintain high standards of compliance and ethics while ensuring our clients receive top-tier advice.
Analyze sales metrics regularly to refine our approach and ensure the office meets its growth objectives.
Requirements
Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance license.
Proven track record of success in independent insurance sales or agency management.
Strong organizational skills for managing a pipeline and supporting a local network.
Residency in or relocation to the Suffolk, VA area to maintain an active presence in our community.
Ability to network effectively and build partnerships with local businesses.
Familiarity with standard insurance quoting software and carrier portals.
