Does Coforma Use AI in the Hiring Process?Yes, but only in limited and specific situations. Occasionally, we may use AI to help us generate job descriptions or to refine the language in our job postings for clarity, but rest assured that AI has no decision-making authority in our hiring process — we don’t use AI to screen resumes, determine which applicants are selected to move forward with interviews, or decide which candidate will be hired. As part of our human-centered approach, every evaluation and hiring decision is thoughtfully made by human beings on our team who respect and value each individual’s experiences and skill set.
