Job description
Installation & Assembly Technician (General Assembler)We are seeking a dependable Installation & Assembly Technician to help install specialized equipment inside shipping containers that function similarly to server rooms. This is a light industrial position involving assembly, wiring, equipment installation, and general production support.Job DutiesInstall equipment ("ant-boxes") inside shipping containers.Unpack and organize materials and components.Mount and secure equipment onto racks.Perform basic wiring and cable management.Use basic hand and power tools for assembly and installation.Follow installation instructions and safety procedures.Assist with other production and installation tasks as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area.QualificationsBasic knowledge of computer hardware installation, wiring, or mechanical assembly.Experience using basic hand and power tools.Installation experience is preferred but not required.IT, computer hardware, or electrical experience is a plus.Ability to read and follow written instructions.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a team.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
