Job description
Assembly Work Utilizing Lean PrinciplesA manufacturing company is seeking individuals who will perform assembly work utilizing lean principles to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled work environment. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.ResponsibilitiesLearn and carry out detailed work instructionsAssemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, welding using various hand tools, and bench top pneumatic pressesHandle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processesTroubleshoot simple equipment malfunctionsPromote and support a safe working environmentInform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment, or processesWork effectively with others in a team environmentAdhere to shop practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipmentSupport and promote LEAN operations by following standard workMeet quality assurance requirements and complete documentation associated with same
